Tex joined T.J. Maodi Inc in September 2011 as a result of an agreement we had with the Tshwane University of Technology where paralegals needed to have practical experience before their National Diploma in Paralegal can be awarded.

Tex successfully completed this diploma. After the practical period lapsed he was permanently employed by T J Maodi Inc

Mr Mutavhatsindi is always looking to better himself and this he has done by completing in 2015 a certificate namely “the Introduction to Corporate Governance”. In 2017 completed another certificate called “Programme in knowledge Management”. Both certificates were achieved through Unisa. He was in the meantime still doing his L.lb degree with Unisa too. This he completed in 2019. He would have graduated in the autumn of 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdown the graduation was postponed. He will be registering his articles with the Legal Practise Council of South Africa as soon as the lockdown has been eased after June 2020.

Initially Tex was a call centre agent, where after he was promoted to be in charge of the call centre agents for one of our clients. Thereafter he was promoted to be in charge of all the call centre agents. In 2017 Tex was promoted to a client manager and in the beginning of 2018 he was again promoted to be the office’s consultant.

Today Tex acts not only as a consultant for the collection side of the office (he is an expert collector and collections strategist), but he also is involved in litigation, opinions, pleadings and bills of costs. In addition to this, he is also involved with planning, personnel, finances and reports only to Danie and ultimately to the Director.
